Patrick and Karen Visit

Patrick and Karen come to visit us in Scotland.

We pick them up in Edinburgh and do some sightseeing	We pass a stormtrooper	And braveheart
And Moo Gibson	Patrick and Karen are keen to visit the observatory	Patrick at the observatory

The next day we head north and eat at the Joinery Coffee Shop	In the Meigle museum we see Pictish stones	A Pictish stone with a camel
We visit a waterfall	And see some sheep	Karen by a stone
Anne by another stone	Karen, Patrick, and David	We then visit the Brechin Cathedral Round Tower
Karen and Patrick in the graveyard	Faces on the Cathedral wall	We visit the Caterthuns
Which are remnants of hilltop forts	David taking photos at the Caterthuns	Then we all go to Anstruther and eat ice cream
Next weekend we head south and visit Doune castle	The courtyard	And main hall
The view from the castle wall	Anne on the wall	And then David mimics Monty Python's Holy Grail
And so does Karen	And the gift shop lends out coconuts!	Everyone taking photos of the coconuts
Karen and Patrick using the coconuts	David using the coconuts	And there are even... rabbits! Run!
On the way home we pass Stirling Castle	And the Wallace Monument	Before leaving Scotland Patrick wanted to eat haggis
Patrick and Karen take the train back to the airport
